Can I order a sample before a bulk run?

Yes. We provide a photo-real mockup free, and pre-production physical samples or proofs are available before a large run — we’ll explain the terms with your quote.

Can I reorder later and match my last batch?

Do you charge for mockups?

No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You’re only charged once production starts.

What artwork files do you need?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are preferred. If you only have a logo or a photo, our designers recreate print-ready artwork for free.

I don’t have print-ready artwork — can you help?

Yes. Send your logo and brand colors (or a reference) and our design team builds the dieline artwork for you at no charge.

Can you print the inside of the box too?

Pricing is by quote and depends on size, board, print, finish, and quantity. Each product page shows a typical bulk range (for example, mailer boxes from about $0.90–$3.80/unit at our minimum).

Carton pricing depends on too many variables — dimensions, board grade, print, finish, and volume — to post a single accurate number. A quick quote gives you the real figure.

All major cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established firms. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported too.

What board and materials do you use?

Depending on the carton: E-flute and double-wall corrugated for mailers and shippers, SBS and kraft paperboard for folding cartons, food-grade coated board for food packaging, and wrapped rigid chipboard for gift boxes.

What stocks and finishes are available?

Kraft brown, White SBS, Natural, and Matte black stocks, plus custom Pantone printing and metallic foil. Finishes include matte/gloss coating, soft-touch, spot UV, foil stamping, and emboss/deboss.

Is the printing durable?

Yes. Our print and coatings are built to survive the parcel network and handling — no easy scuffing or fading under normal use. Food cartons use food-safe inks and functional barrier coatings.

Are your cartons recyclable or sustainable?

Corrugated and paperboard cartons are widely recyclable, and kraft and recycled stocks are available for brands prioritizing sustainability. We’ll advise the greenest option for your product.
