Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Every Customized Cartons order is custom-decorated and made to order to your approved artwork and specifications, which means the product cannot be resold or restocked.
Our production guarantee
There is one important safeguard. If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake and replace the affected items at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee — our commitment that you receive what you approved — not a return or refund policy.
Why the free-mockup step matters
Because orders are final, the free-mockup approval step exists precisely so you can review and sign off on the exact design, dimensions, stock, and finish before anything goes into production. We offer unlimited free revisions until you’re confident — please review your mockup carefully, as approval authorizes production to your specifications.
Reporting an issue
If something is wrong with your order, contact us promptly at george@customizedcartons.com or (929) 605-4397 with your order details and photos, and we’ll arrange a remake of the affected items.
