Subscription packaging is a different problem from retail packaging: the same customer opens the same box again and again, so the structure needs to be dependable while the art needs to change. We build a fixed dieline sized to your kit, then treat the printed surface as the variable — new colorway, new interior message, new seasonal panel — without re-tooling every month.

The unboxing is the product experience, so we design for the reveal: an interior print that lands as the flaps open, a belly band or sleeve that holds the contents in place, insert cards seated in a slot rather than loose on top, and dividers that keep six small items from becoming a jumble in transit.

For the operations side, we size the box so it nests on your pack bench, keep the weight in a shipping band that does not jump a rate tier, and add a tear strip so the customer’s first action is quick and tidy. Where returns matter, a second adhesive strip turns the same box around without extra packaging.
