About this carton

Folding cartons are the paperboard boxes you see on every retail shelf — the tuck-end carton that holds a skincare bottle, a supplement, a candle, a tech accessory, or a boxed food product. Ours are built on a fully custom dieline, printed offset in rich full color, and finished with the details that make a small box feel premium: soft-touch coating, spot UV, foil stamping, and embossing. This is the carton that has to earn a purchase at the shelf, so every surface is treated as prime brand real estate.

We produce them in straight tuck end (both flaps open the same face — cleaner for front-of-shelf display) or reverse tuck end (flaps alternate — faster and more economical to pack). Board weight is chosen around the product: 14–18pt for light items where a slim, elegant carton reads premium, up to 24pt when you need a substantial, rigid feel or the product has real heft. Kraft and recycled stocks are available when a natural, sustainable look is part of the brand story.

Offset printing gives folding cartons the color fidelity that flexo and digital can’t match at volume — smooth gradients, precise Pantone matches for brand colors, and clean small type for ingredient panels and regulatory copy. Finishing is where these cartons separate from commodity packaging: a foil-stamped logo catches light on the shelf, a soft-touch matte laminate feels expensive in hand, and spot UV adds dimension to a mark or product name. Because folding cartons ship flat and pre-glued, they’re inexpensive to store and quick to hand-assemble or run on an auto-cartoner. Minimums start at 100 for a product launch or a limited edition and scale into large recurring runs for established SKUs.
