Rigid Boxes

Rigid boxes are the format luxury uses because nothing else feels like it. A thick chipboard core is wrapped in printed paper, so the box holds its shape permanently, has real weight in the hand, and opens with the slow, deliberate motion buyers associate with expensive things. Lid-and-base, magnetic-close, drawer and book-style constructions are all available, in whatever proportion suits the product.

Because the wrap is printed separately from the structure, the surface options are wide open: soft-touch lamination, uncoated fine paper, linen and felt textures, metallic foil stamping, blind emboss, and spot gloss on a matte field. Interiors can be lined in a contrasting paper or fitted with a foam, EVA or paperboard insert cut to hold each component exactly where you placed it.
